At Triskelion's Academy, we value flexibility and believe in empowering our members with choices.
- **Subscription-Based Plans:** Members can cancel their subscriptions at any time through their
account settings.
- **Refund Eligibility:**
- Monthly plans are non-refundable but will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
- Annual plans are eligible for a prorated refund if canceled within the first 30 days of purchase.
- Single-course purchases are non-refundable unless the course is defective or unavailable for
access.
- **Course Deficiencies:** If a course is incomplete, missing key content, or has technical issues, we offer either a replacement course of equal value or a full refund upon review.
